How do you get to rank s in ESEA?

Every week Rank G players will compete for $3,000 in prize money for North America and Europe. Each season, which is comprised of three months of play, will act as the promotion process to Rank S. The top two players with the highest ranking based on points each season will be promoted to Rank S.

What is ESEA level?

Profile Levels are a great way to look at how much activity a player has on ESEA. It is a better indicator of time spent rather than skill level compared to a metric like a players Rank as winning/losing is less of an overall factor as generally players will win/lose around half of their matches.

What is MMR in ESEA?

Players on ESEA are assigned a Matchmaking Rating (MMR for short) which represents their skill level. The higher your MMR the better you typically are as a player. Players receive MMR for winning PUGs and lose MMR when they lose PUGs.
