How do you update OkCupid?
Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen. Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
Why cant I upgrade my OkCupid account?
Your Basic membership is active and you can use all of the features included with it. This error message just means we cant upgrade you to Premium. This may be because your payment is being declined, or youve canceled your subscription.
OkCupid does not offer phone support.
